Sandhya Fashions – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read the following policy to understand how returns and refunds work.
Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:

Damaged during transit.

Manufacturing defect.

Incorrect product delivered.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings / Nose Pins.
-
Clearance / Sale items.
-
Gift vouchers.
Process for Return

Contact our support team at sandhyafashions5@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 7 days.

Share order ID, product photos, and issue description.

Our team will review and confirm eligibility.

If approved, you may be asked to courier the item back or it will be scheduled for pickup (depending on your location).
Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI/Bank/Wallet) within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For COD orders, refund will be made to your bank account/UPI as per details provided by you.

Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you prefer, we can issue a replacement product instead of refund, subject to stock availability.
