At Sandhya Fashions, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your jewellery.

Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp message once your order has been placed successfully.

  • After dispatch, we will share the tracking details via email/WhatsApp.

Shipping Methods & Charges

  • We ship across all major cities in India using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, or India Post.

  • Standard shipping charges: ₹49–₹99 depending on location.

  • Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select PIN codes with an additional handling fee (₹50–₹100).

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Tier-2/3 cities: 5–7 business days.

  • Remote / North-East / J&K: 7–10 business days.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet the delivery timelines, there may be delays due to:

  • Unforeseen courier disruptions (strikes, weather, natural calamities).

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.

  • National holidays or festive rush periods.

In such cases, we will update you promptly and assist you in tracking your shipment.
